LEADERSHIP
Arhmonex was founded on a simple belief: complex transformation requires more than strategy. It requires experienced leadership that understands how business processes, technology, people and execution fit together.
FOUNDER & PRINCIPAL
Founder & Principal
Lisa Harmon is a transformation and technology executive with more than 25 years of experience helping organizations navigate complex change, improve performance and turn strategy into measurable results. Known for bridging the gap between executive priorities and the teams responsible for execution, Lisa has built a career earning trust across organizations while bringing clarity, accountability and momentum to complex situations. Her career has centered on situations where businesses need to simplify complexity, modernize how they operate, improve execution, reduce cost, enable growth or bring critical initiatives back under control. She has led large-scale transformation across organizations ranging from high-growth businesses to complex global enterprises. Lisa brings a business-first approach to transformation — connecting people, processes and technology to improve how organizations operate. Her experience includes creating new revenue opportunities, improving productivity and efficiency, realigning business processes and operating models, reducing costs, modernizing technology environments and leading complex programs from strategy through execution. Her approach is pragmatic: understand the problem, identify what is getting in the way, align the organization around the right priorities and drive execution toward measurable business outcomes.
The common thread throughout Lisa’s career has been stepping into complexity — situations where the path forward is unclear, execution is difficult and the business needs someone who can connect strategy to what actually has to happen next.

HOW WE WORK
Technology has changed how transformation work can be done. Arhmonex combines experienced leadership and judgment with modern AI capabilities to accelerate analysis, identify patterns and risks, organize complex information, improve decision support and increase execution velocity. AI does not replace experience. It makes experienced leadership more effective.
FASTER ANALYSIS — Rapidly synthesize complex program, process and technology information.
EARLIER RISK IDENTIFICATION — Surface dependencies, inconsistencies and emerging risks sooner.
BETTER DECISION SUPPORT — Turn fragmented information into clearer options and actionable priorities.
FASTER EXECUTION — Reduce administrative effort and increase the time focused on decisions, leadership and delivery.
LET’S TALK.
Bring Us the Problem.
Whether you’re facing a struggling program, fragmented systems, operational complexity or a major transformation, the conversation can start with the problem.
